I ❤ my Mary Kay

I recently found one of those 'keep calm' posters that everyone has been going crazy about, and normally I would have just ignored it and moved on, but this one fits my goals to a tee. I had to save it and share it.

The poster says 'Keep calm and You're Beautiful' and I realized how absolutely true and relevant it is. My goal, as a consultant is simply to help you find products that suit your wants, needs and your lifestyle. But more importantly, my goal is not at all to hide your natural beauty. Every single one of us is beautiful and my goal, as your consultant, is to help you enhance your natural beauty. I don't want you to look like a Barbie, just a more polished version of your already beautiful self.

No matter what anyone or anything else says, you. are. beautiful!

Here goes nothing!

I wasn't sure how to start this, or how a blog might help my business grow, but then I figured, if nothing else this will be a great way for me to keep myself on track, and promote my business just a little bit. And I can keep track of how parties go and what to improve on for the next time, so its win-win for me either way I suppose!

So here goes!

I'm Elizabeth. I got into Mary Kay almost on accident. I've used their products off and on for the last few years, but I never really had a consistent consultant. A friend gave my name and contact information to one of her friends and suggested I might be interested in helping her reach a company goal. I couldn't say no, found myself in a "training call" with my friend's friend and her Sales Director, and realized I could actually be good at this. The Mary Kay Opportunity is absolutely amazing and the women I've met in the last three weeks alone are absolutely wonderful; I am blessed to have them as a part of my life. They are my support team, my cheerleaders, my reminders and most importantly, my friends. I received my first inventory order yesterday and going through the box discovering all of the goodies inside was almost like Christmas morning!! Today my business cards, personalized re-order labels, and personalized stamp came in the mail. Its finally feeling official, haha!
